Delivery & Returns

 

You can cancel the contract with us as long as it is within 7 working days (cooling off period), starting the day after you have received your goods.  The items must be unworn and unused and be in a saleable condition.  When all items have been checked and verified by the returns department then monies will be refunded.  Please be advised that you may be asked to pay the return delivery charges.  You will be informed of any charges before we cancel your order.

 

If you do change your mind within the cooling off period, you should return the unworn/unused items  with labels intact, to us including the original purchase receipt/invoice with the goods, following which you will be refunded the value of your purchase, including original shipping costs. You will only need to pay the return shipping costs.

Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings are non-refundable

 

Return of any faulty products will receive a replacement item or a full refund, provided that the product is unused and in original packaging. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, after which we will replace or refund them, including all shipping costs. In the first instance, please contact us at DIVA Boutique on 01204 853336 or Email Our Sales Team so that we may help resolve your issue in the most satisfactory manner, and advise the most suitable return shipping method.

 

Please be aware that you will be responsible for all products whilst in your possession.  They must be returned to us in the same condition as they were delivered.  Please ensure that care is taken when returning the goods, packed well to avoid damage or loss in transit. Please ensure that you receive proof of postage and keep it safe as you will need this to show proof of your return. We recommend you use registered post. Once we have received and verified your item(s) we will process the refund.  You will be informed by email that your items have been received and that a refund has been processed.

Can I exchange an item?
